Phase 1:

• Token creation and smart contract deployment on Binance Smart Chain.
• Initial marketing campaign and public ICO/IDO.

Phase 2:

• Establish the first car renewal factory in Africa.
• Begin importing motors, inverters, and batteries from China.

Phase 3:

• Pilot conversions of old vehicles into EVs.
• Finalize the design and production of electric conversion kits.

Phase 4:

• Expand the factory network to additional African regions.
• Scale up marketing and partnerships to drive adoption.
